I have requested a preview page. How long before I can see it?
We aim to have your preview page ready within 48 hours of receiving your request. We will call you when it is ready. If it has been more than 48 hours since you requested your preview page , please contact us.
If I request a preview page am I obliged to buy a site from you?
No.
If I want to go ahead with my site how long will it take to make my site live?
Providing you provide us with all the necessary materials we aim to have your site live within 5 working days of commission.
Can I choose any domain name?
Yes, as long as it is available. You can check availability here. Please note that only the .co.uk domain name is included in the price of your site.
We recommend that to protect your brand / identity that you buy the .com version of your domain which we can register for an extra £15.
Is the domain registered to me?
Yes. Your domain is registered by us in your name. You will be asked to supply your details when ordering your site. Your .co.uk domain name is registered for 2 years (.com domain is registered for 1 year). You will be sent a reminder to the email address provided for registration before the expiry date. It is your responsibility to renew your domain name.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No, although we include a years free hosting as part of all web design packages. We charge £25 to upload a site to your server.
When do I have to pay for my site?
We will get your site to a point where you are happy with it and it is finished. We then will invoice you the full amount for the site. Once the invoice is paid we will purchase your domain and make your site live. Your site will normally be live within 24 hours of us receiving your payment.
How can I pay for my site?
We accept Bank Transfer, Cheques, PayPal and Credit Cards (via PayPal).
What happens when the 12 months free hosting runs out?
You can continue to use our hosting which costs £5 per month or for a fee of £25 we can transfer the site to your own hosting package.
Do I have to pay yearly for my site?
No. Once your site is built it is yours. However as stated above if you want to continue using our hosting after the 12 months free hosting period expires you will be charged £5 per month.
