Each website we design comes with 5 free email addresses, for example info@yourdomain.com.

There are two ways to check your emails. The first is by retrieving mails direct to your computer with a program such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. Click for a tutorial on how to do this.

The second way to retrieve your mails is by webmail through your internet browser as explained in the tutorial below.

Step 1

To check your emails via your web browser go to yourdomain.com/webmail.

Step 2

Fill in your username, which is your email address and password that we supplied you.

Step 3

Select a service to read your emails with. In this example we are using RoundCube

Step 4

Once accessed you use your webmail in much the same way as you would outlook or any other email service.
